DALUM is thrilled to share that a 5 kg/hr DALUM CO2 Recovery Plant has been installed at Central New Mexico Community College, where it will be integrated into their brewing and distilling program. This system will give students hands on experience with the most advanced craft scale CO2 recovery technology available, and help them build a strong foundation of its benefits and applications.
Professor and brewmaster Antonio Fernandez will be using the DALUM CO2 Recovery Plant to teach students how such a system works and how it contributes to improved quality, efficiency, and sustainability in brewing.
