Each additional asset connected to the dashboard is 149 €/year. This ensures each unit is monitored and supported individually.
You can still operate your plant, but you’ll lose access to the UniCloud dashboard, WhatsApp support, and other digital services once your current period ends. We recommend at least the Dashboard Plan to retain visibility and alarm notifications.
Yes, you do. We provide all necessary documentation at the start of the project, but it’s your responsibility to keep it. However, with the Standard plan, we store all documentation for you on your account page for easy access.
We send you the right service kit at the right time, based on your plant’s condition and our experience. You only pay for the parts, shipping, and a small annual fee.
It minimizes downtime. Instead of waiting for repairs, we send you a pre-serviced compressor so you can swap it immediately.
It’s a refresher on the original commissioning training; plus, any topics you request. It’s ideal after staff changes or if you want to improve operational knowledge.
