DALUM is very pleased to announce that the brewing and engineering team at Sharp’s Brewing Co. successfully has installed and commissioned their DALUM Senior CO₂ Recovery Plant this week.
The system includes a 10-ton CO₂ storage tank with vaporizer and a fully automatic routing setup for CO₂ collection including an automatic foam trap and CIP automation of the collection system, which was integrated directly into the brewery’s process control system.
Sharps +100.000 hl/year brewery will be CO2 self-sufficient with the DALUM Senior CO2 plant going forward.
