San Diego-based JuneShine has installed a 30 lbs/hr DALUM CO2 Recovery Plant, successfully recovering over 4,200 lbs of CO2 within its first week of operation. Known for their environmental sustainability efforts, including being a 1% for the Planet member, JuneShine now carbonates their products with organic CO2 from fermentation above 99.9% purity. Congratulations to JuneShine for being the first hard kombucha company to implement CO2 recovery!
Robert Malin will discuss how When in Rome | B Corp™ is utilizing AI to assess their climate impact and drive their mission to produce net-zero wine at Eco Drinks 2025 on January 22nd. The company plans to integrate DALUM’s CO2 recovery technology to achieve carbon-negative vinification and reduce the overall climate impact of their wines by around 10%, as verified by CarbonCloud, the Swedish carbon accounting tech firm.
